Mystic Vibes 6.0 is a team of 2 DJs and promoters, Hector C and Lex. The duo is based in the Washington D.C. area and has over 20 years of combined experience in the music industry.

 

Mystic Vibes started as a radio show hosted by Hector C at the University of Maryland, College Park. The first broadcast was in September of 1997 on WMUC 88.1. It quickly became a staple in the D.C. metro area and had an 8 year run. Their view of music has no boxes or boundaries. The duo's eclectic style is a blend of genres, ranging from across the Caribbean diaspora (English, French and Latin) to as far East as the African continent.

Their talent and passion for music has been on display locally at corporate events and weddings and internationally at carnivals, festivals and parties. With remixes and productions and world class events under their belts the duo is looking to leave their mark on the music and entertainment world.
